White Bear Moccasins, LLC understands hardships arise and there are things that happen out of your control. We take creating your custom moccasins very serious and want to provide you with an exceptional product. We will require half of the price of your custom moccasins up front.

•If you decide to cancel within 60 days, half of the retainer will go to White Bear Moccasins, LLC.

•If you decide to cancel after 60 days, the full retainer will go to White Bear Moccasins, LLC.

Once the moccasins are completed, you will be notified of the completion and given 30 days to pay the balance.

•After 30 days, if not paid or you decide not to keep them, you will forfeit full retainer and/or full price of moccasins to White Bear Moccasins, LLC.
