Custom Order Payment + Refund Policy
We take custom moccasin orders seriously and put significant time into each build. A 50% retainer is required to start your custom order.
Cancellation terms
Cancel within 60 days: 50% of the retainer is kept by White Bear Moccasins, LLC.
Cancel after 60 days: the full retainer is kept by White Bear Moccasins, LLC.
Final payment terms
When your moccasins are complete, you’ll be notified and will have 30 days to pay the remaining balance.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days, or you decide not to keep the moccasins, you forfeit the full retainer and/or full price of the moccasins to White Bear Moccasins, LLC.
No refunds on Custom Spots.
